The Little Yellow Digger Needs a New Operator – Are You Going to be the One?

Location: Auckland/Waikato

Due to our continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Digger Operator in our Land Clearance Division based in Auckland using a 14 Tonne machine. 

To be considered suitable for this position, it is preferable that:

  • Want to join a fantastic team who enjoy the work we do
  • You be a skilled operator – can demonstrate in your experience the use of a bunching grapple
  • You hold a current HT licence, - minimum of a Class 2 license with R, T and W endorsements
  • You can show you possess a strong work ethic and have a production focused personality, with a willingness to learn
  • You have a good level of fitness and be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Travel may be required from time to time outside of Auckland 

We would also consider a good solid all-rounder with at least 1 year of full time digger experience or those from a forestry background.

Experienced and Qualified Arborists required in Auckland Central and South

Location: Auckland and South

Due to our continued growth, we have a number of positions for experienced and qualified Arborists for our Auckland Region Council Contracts. Your day to day activities could include:

  • Formative pruning
  • Tree removal
  • Stump grinding and removal
  • Control of vegetation along carriageways
  • Tracks, walkways and footpaths
  • Updating of the city's street tree asset inventory
  • Tree planting
  • Aftercare of newly planted trees
  • Management of roadside and track and walkway vegetation  

To be considered suitable for this position, it is preferable that you:

  • Want to join a fantastic team who enjoy the work we do
  • Be a skilled climber who is either fully qualified or is willing to work towards the National Certificate in Arboricultural (Level 4 Advanced) 
  • Holding a current HT licence is preferable. or have the ability to achieve to obtain a minimum of a Class 2 license
  • Have a strong work ethic and have a production focused personality, with a willingness to learn. 
  • Have a good level of fitness and be a team player with a positive attitude

Experienced & Qualified - Utility Arborists Auckland Central/Southern Areas

Location: Auckland

Due to our continued growth, we have a number of positions for experienced and qualified Utility Arborists - the work involves Line Clearance of street and park trees throughout Auckland Council's local board regions.

To be considered suitable for this position, it is preferable that you:

We are immediately seeking to fill a number of Arborist positions in within our Hamilton Tauranga, Thames and New Plymouth operations.

The work involves general arboricultural duties, utility arborist work, and machinery assisted work.

To be considered suitable for this position, you must
• Preferable be a skilled climber who is either fully qualified or be working towards the National Certificate in Arboricultural (Level 4).

• Have a strong work ethic and have a production focused personality, with a willingness to learn.
• Have a good level of fitness and be a team player with a positive attitude

We would also consider a good solid all-rounder with at least 1 year of full time tree work experience.
